I've just recently picked up and started playing Fallout 3, and I've noticed that it neither appears to show up on my profile's "recently played games", nor under suggested titles for games that I own. Achievement points obtained from it are, however, contributed directly towards my profile's gamerscore.
Lots of games played, and this is the sole title that I've noticed this occurring with. I'd figured it as a simple website hiccup at first, but I've come back to it every now and then over the course of perhaps three or four days and Fallout 3 still will not be listed.
