Okay.. So I've been playing Tinker a bit lately.. It's not very fun. But I like Games For Windows Live. The achievements, the easy private chats and the whole bit. So I've been looking into getting Red Faction Guerilla or another game from a Digital Distribution site such as GamersGate or Direct2Drive.

If, let's use Red Faction: Guerilla as an example, I download Red Faction from GamersGate for much cheaper than Games For Windows, can I still use the games for windows live client? Will I still gain achievements and still be able to message folks? (Yes I know if you get one, you get the other.)

Could anyone help?

Just kidding! Argh, well that's a relief. I'm gonna go buy the Red Faction pack for $24.99 probably, it includes 1, 2 and 3. Instead of Games For Windows price of $20 for just Guerrilla.

Good :D. When you buy games you can use three choices to pay with. 1. Through GamersGate. 2. Through Click and Buy (which is what I use, a lot like paypal. 3. And finally blue coins. Which you can buy as a sort of gift card and you receive from buying games.
