about 30 minutes ago the competition showed I was in first with 6805G. And now that it has ended It shows I am in third with 6060G. Not sure why it decreased my Gamerscore during the competition. I would have understood if it never added it after 30 minutes are left, but to decrease it makes no sense. An explanation please?

Don't gamesave or cheat? nah, Idk, several features of the site seem to bug out at different times on different days, so it probably just posted an error when it increased you to 6805 originally then was fixing it to how it should be...6060? Idk though.

No, it was correct with 6805. As I had 5800 then completed Turht or Lies for 1000 more and earned a 5G achievement in Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands. I then earned about 150G more before the end and it decreased me to what it showed when I first started Truth or Lies.

Oh I get it. Now I know I'm never going to hear the end of this one, but what I don't get is if you've already won three competitions and got the award, why keep entering the competition? I mean, you already have the bragging rights in your awards showcase there, why not share the wealth?

I join the competitions for 2 reasons. First, by being in the competition your Gamerscore updates more often than if you are not. Second, it pushes me to work harder at my games when competing against others and I gain more per week this way which means I get closer to being number 1 in my state sooner.

If i am currently in the competition and my internet is out in my household (I have a Internet Stick for my laptop through bell as i need it everywhere for work) Would my offline achievements while my internet is off (Only for an hour or two) get credited to the competition when i sign back on?
(Sorry if it seems like i'm Hijacking your thread Kizyrix wasn't my intention)

Its dead anyway. The achievements earned while offline will count. As long as you connect before it ends. Though I have found any achievements earned in the last 2 hours might not count as that is what happened last week. It goes by gamerscore change. Though people do find playing offline in competitions underhanded and cheap it is not against the rules.
