idk if it was just the matches i was trying to get into but the rooms i would join were all having troubles starting a match. and i got a few server errors. is anyone else having this problem today?

I've been having it for a week or something. Probably because so many people got COD4 for christmas. But I've been having a bunch of problems: not being able to play unless I keep pressing "play xbox live", or just the problem of saying server timed out.. also it freezes a bunch. I hope I'm not alone with these problems

yea i think it was something going on over all with xbxo live they said something about an overload of new accounts cause of the holidays n the servers were overloaded

The servers are completely unstable.

im so close to hitting the next rank. but i cant get into any matches and when i do the server stops responding, or the game wont start so the host closes the room. only 779 points left.

I've spent the last hour and a half trying to get in a match and it hasn't let me in a single game.
I have never felt soo ripped off.
If it won't let me play by tomorrow (which will make 3.5 weeks of not being able to play) then I am getting rid of all my xbox stuff and getting a PS3. At least PS3's online service works and is FREE.

ive gotten in a few good matches. but thats like 10 outta 100. most lobby's close when i get into em or the server times out and other gay stuff. so im done with it for now.

Ok So it's been weeks of the XBOX live online matchmaking not working..
I've decided no game/platform is worth this hassle (RRoD AND LIVE), and called the local game stores to find out the trade in value of this white piece of plastic.
Gamestop will only offer me $150 for my 360 with hard drive (trade in)
Gamecrazy will offer $165
I'm damned If i keep my Xbox and suffer through this xbox live dilemma.
And I'm damned If i trade it in and get supremely ripped off.
I think it's EBAY time.
