dunno if it's still going on, but Amazon had a deal last week where you can get 2 1600 point cards for $30 (save $10). check there

Yes, once in a while they may go on sale for a dollar or two; the amazon deal mentioned above was the best in some time, so hopefully you can still grab some of those up. Otherwise, keep an eye online at sites like newegg; online vendors are more likely to have a sale on them then B&M stores.

I would never get a card from Ebay. Worst case, I buy the points through marketplace on the credit card tied to the account. I figured that was the most expensive way to buy points. Didn't see anything online that looked interesting so I'll keep checking AMZ, Eggs, and TGT.
