im trying to play red faction online but it says i need to change my nat to open what is that? how do i do it? please help

same problem with me...but I use my phone for internet...for you, you are supposed to log in to your IP Address and there should be and option to change it to open

You should have a disc that came with your modem/router from what ever source you get your internet from, if not go to your web browser and the default for most is: 192.168.1.1 type that into your web adress and you should come up with some kind of access page that may or may not require a password.
If you call tech support for whoever you have they should be able to walk you through it, if your unfamiliar with it I suggest that because if you change some things in that menu your not suppose to you could block/lose your connection.

You shouldn't need a new router at all; simply put your 360 in a DMZ on your router's settings. You can google it and you should be able to find a walkthrough; all routers are pretty much the same when it comes to this, so any walkthrough will help you.
