Google a video of it, and try just running through it on solo. That's what I did on my account, and my co op partner's account after we just couldn't handle getting unluckily ass-raped by one last straggling Juggernaut when we were about to win.
If you throw flashbangs and run through the level without killing anybody, get to the intel, grab it, and run off the plane, there's only one guy on the other side of the plane, and then you're basically home free.

The juggernauts are pretty random. I did it on my own in solo, it's much easier that way. Just jump on the plane to the left of your starting point and pick off some guys wait for one juggie then just simply run the rest of it. The guys should be fighting themselves and hardly notice you if you just flash and run.

Before i jumped off the plane i picked off everyone, when noone else was around i jumped out the plane and ran to the right. go to the roadway and to the other side on the far right there is some wings from an airplane, get behid them. The 2 Juggs will not move towards you. One by the plane you jumped out of, and then there is one on the opposite side of the plane you jumped out of.

I just got this and wetwork yesterday those 2 were so hard!!!! but like a previous poster said just watch a vid on youtube thats what I did and it def helped
