there are a lot of people out there that do actually. I only buy some things here and there like when the international gear came out last week I had to have the Lederhosen. I personally wouldn't buy anything from this collection though.

they are and they aren't. Half of the stuff isn't worth buying but there are a lot of people willing to pay for this stuff. I look at my friends list all 75 of them and I'd say about 65 of the people on my friends list have bought an item and have it equipped on their avatar. That's a whopping 87% of people on my friends list, now I don't know the exact amount of users there are on xbox live currently but last year January it was 17 million. now I know this really isn't an accurate way to look at it but if you take 87% of that 17 million that is
14,790,000 people willing to fork out money for avatar clothing, you just happen to be one of the 2,210,000 people not willing to pay for it. Therefore from a business perspective microsoft is right in charging for these Clothes/props because they are making buku bucks off of it. You just happen to be part of the minority :( sorry. not trying to start an argument but that's the way it is.
