Im on the 3rd large tournament right now but I kinda wanna DL the new content, if I leave the Mad Moxxi area will it reset my tournament progress or will it still be fine to leave and come back? Also do you gain XP towards ur 61 for completing missions from the main storyline and when you DL the new content does it boost you up any levels for having XP over the 50 mark or do you have to start from 50 and work ur way to 61 despite having old XP over the 50 limit?

K...so I beat the regular game and am on playthrough 2, Level 40. I want to get the DLC (all 3) but don't know which to get and what point to start them? Should I work up to level 50 on this playthrough before hitting any DLC?
Once I hit the DLC what order should I do them in?

Once you download Knoxx, your level cap goes to 61. Even if you still have missions on your first playthrough you can get xp from doing those missions.
Getting the 1,500/1,500 was quite a feat and I'm pretty proud of that completion.
As a leveling suggestion, find a co op game who has Knoxx and join it, you can go from level 50-61 in about 4-5 hours.
As for Knoxx itself, I would recommend playing on your playthrough 1 and doing Crawmerax solo as he's much easier that way. Still a level 64, but with about 1/10 the health. There's always plenty of ways to glitch him if you can't beat him legit.

I think I just need to beat Crawmeraxx now or however the hell you spell it. Me and a buddy tried as 61s and we got our asses kicked before we even put a dent in his health, how the hell is this possible!?
