We have many awards already on XBA, from easy tasks such as joining the XBA group on 360voice or shouting out to XBA on your motto and/or bio to harder tasks like being top in your state or having 150,000 gamerscore.
Though its not required at all, i think it would be nice to have an award for doing 10+ Game Reviews on the site. Compared to "Ron Burgundy" this would involve the person writing out there thoughts on the game and giving others input on it that would better influence their purchase of the game, in their own words.
What i dont like about "Ron Burgundy" ... is that a majority of the articles i noticed are nothing but a summary of another article from another site announcing new DLC or new maps or something along those lines and not even adding their own personal input on it to make their article unique. Im not going to call out any names but i believe that if people are able to get an award for simply copying and pasting game/DLC announcements then there should be an award for Game Reviews where a person goes out of their way to review a game from scratch from their own experience.
Also note i dont think i would want this to influence people reviewing games from the stone ages for their award, i think it would be better to review a game AT LEAST 1 - 3 months after its release for it to count.
