The wife has it. My Droid X in my opinon is far better. It's faster even though it's a 3g, but I'm pretty sure the iphone's are 3g as well. Connect that beast to wi-fi and you are all set. You should do some side by side comparisons on the Verizon website.

It's decent but when I renew Ill be switching from iphone to android. The app store is really nice (everything in one place...one click purchases) and the speed is outstanding. However, it fails in several simple areas. For instance, you cannot set custom text tones (assigning different tones to different people). Even the crappy old freebie phones I've had in the past allowed me to do things like that.

The iPhone itself is really dull imo, if Jailbreaking didn't exist, I probably would have sold mine off a long time ago. There's just so much you can do with jailbreaking lol

The other thing about iPhone is that it does not have an HDMI port. Huge fail. I can stream movies and tv shows from an app onto my t.v.

Not concerned about an HDMI port, nothing that I need to stream from my phone to my TV that isn't already on my TV or my computer.
As far as syncing...again...don't really care.

I had the iPhone 4 with AT&T, a guy that I worked with in Arizona had one for Verizon, and I have to say that I couldn't tell a big difference between what network the two were on.
As soon as I get some money coming in, I'm about to go back to the iPhone, but with Verizon.

If I'm going to stream media I'm not going to do it from my iPhone. So there isn't a need for an HDMI port.
How do you sync without cables?
There is an app on there that comes pre-installed. DLNA. Transfer programs via wi-fi. Amazing little program. I can transfer music and movies fast.
