I could use some help. Been playing the game off and on for a long lil while and I'm stuck.
With the system they use, customizing your AC is a mathmatical nightmare. So, anyone got a good AC balanced out?
I could use some blueprints here, make my life a ton more easier.

On a lesser not....... "WHY SEGA WHY!?!"

I just picked up Armored Core 4. It is definitely overwhelming, and the manual doesn't really explain much. There's a pretty extensive guide/walkthrough over at gamefaqs, where the author explains in detail how and why he upgraded his mechs, and which ones he recommends for each mission. This is the first game where I felt like I needed to do a lot of research before I could really even start playing

I have AC4, Long time AC player here.

I have to admit though, I'd rather play the PSX games over the 4th one and for answer. The controls suck and there is extreme watered down blueprints for the mechs. I mean seriously, The Last Raven and even the Nexus game for the PSP had more detailed customization. But still, if you're a hardcore AC player then it's a DECENT game. The achievements are a bitch though.

Hey, thanks for the help. I put down the game for a long time because it was too frustrating. I also have been a long time player of AC. Been playing it since it was on the PS2. AC3 was def. easier, and I liked the 3 Raven garage and the storyline a lot better. I'll check out the build, thanks!
