TBH finding the billboards is alot easier if you just look at how many you need in each area and just drive around they are huge red signs, burning routes were easy except for 1 car

ok now i'm pissed. I have been stuck at 399/400 smashes for 5 days now. It's in downtown. I've printed 3 different maps and all 3 have led me no where and 2/3 show different locations on some of the gates. any help at all is much appricated and if leads to me getting 400/400 without having to delete my save file i'll give 1600 ms points
