XBL Problems???

is anyone else getting problems with their XBL, i cant seem to do anything.

it always comes up with the same message, saying xbox live can not acquire or

that xbox live can not retrieve the info.....please try again later.

same thing with xboxlive.com, on certain things it keeps saying "the page you
are looking for is unavailable".

does anyone knw or has had any issues like this lately or in the past?

Same here cannot add friends, or i can if i try 100x

and my friend cannot put in a points card that he bought to use on COD4.

hmmmm, i wonder whats going on?

This isn't surprising to me, Microsoft need to fix these issues

it doenst really bother me, but one thing that does is:

my sonic arcade games are demos, and i have teh full versions

they need to fix this fast or risk losing some customers

ya i just bought 1600 points to buy the COD maps and to buy N+.

Now its pissing me off that i cant even add my points in now >_<.

It's frustrating since this is one of the few times i have had any problems with Microsoft at all.

and the first time i buy MP since i got the extra maps for COD2.

and i cant even use it, they seriously need to fix this quickly

yea, i totally agree, usually their service is great

but it seems to be doing poorly, it keeps on kicking me off of live

when i try to play cod4 at times, or any game in that matter

its getting on my nerves :mad:

add your points through www.xbox.com and sign into your account, it allows you to do it there..

just great, i put in a game earlier today that needed an quick update, and now i just put in cod4, and when i go to update it, it says update failed!

WOW......this pisses me offf

If you go to the "contact support" page on Xboxlive.com

then there is a little message under "Xbox Live Service Status"

saying

"Status:

Xbox LIVE users may experience issues with purchasing marketplace items, account recovery and account management.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. "

This just had to happen the day i buy points didnt it ugh.

Same problem here
I cant add/remove friends
Sometimes it just drops me from xbox live and then puts me back
Im getting terrible lag sometimes
Microsoft better move there hands from in front of there eyes and see the problems

if i can download this update so i can play cod4 i might just punch myself in the head......

in the mean time, im gonna run to best buy, and by a PS3, and preorder metal gear solid 4

i am getting one mainly for use as a blu-ray player

but also to play metal gear solid 4 and gran turismo 5

when they come out, ive always been a BIG fan of those two games

dont worry guys, i am still glued to my 360.......
