Last week my Elite took the Red dump of death and I was like here we go again. So I make the call on Friday and got right through with no hassle. The box showed up Monday and I packed it up and dropped if off Tuesday. Thursday I got an E-mail saying they got it and later the same day I got another E-mail saying repair complete. I just got a call from UPS and they are delivering it sometime today. That's an 8 day turn around and a new record. The last time it was 10 day's and I thought that was fast. I have seen a big drop off of the RROD threads lately. So I'm thinking things have gotten a lot better or people are just so used to it they no longer care to post about it. I know a lot of you, like me have more than one 360. With this being my 9th or 10th repair, I hope they just sent me a new one. It better be black or Chillin is going to lose his cool!!!

I had pretty much the same results the first time I got the red ring. It took like a week and a half total for the whole process. The second time it took about the same.

Mine only took 1 1/2 weeks last year. My bro in laws took 1 1/2 months, but that was because someone cancelled his order for the coffin 3 times on Microsoft's end. It took a month just to get the box sent to him. He got a free wireless controller out of it though, so he was happy.
