Ok I had to Wikipedia this one...
"Machinima (or /məˈʃɪnəmə/), a portmanteau of machine cinema, is a collection of associated production techniques whereby computer-generated imagery (CGI) is rendered using real-time, interactive 3-D engines, such as those of games, instead of professional 3D animation software. Engines from first-person shooter and role-playing simulation video games are typically used. Consequently, the rendering can be done in real-time using PCs (either using the computer of the creator or the viewer), rather than with complex 3D engines using huge render farms. Usually, machinima productions are produced using the tools (demo recording, camera angle, level editor, script editor, etc.) and resources (backgrounds, levels, characters, skins, etc.) available in a game.
Machinima is an example of emergent gameplay, a process of putting game tools to unexpected ends, and of artistic computer game modification."
Uhh if all that means what I think it does my answer is Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne, but Starcraft 2 will soon trump that easily with its newer engine and better graphics.

no they are not!!!
Master Chief sucks at halo (the ifrst one) is about Master Cheef playing the Halo 3 beta and he sucks and gets on cheap kill on a dude who is afg (away from game) and the dude tells him off. mc sux @ halo 2 is him trying to end his life because the halo 3 beta is over..mc sux @ halo 3 is about him playing halo 3 and trying to bag about how he's the best gamer ever and decides ot make a montage because of a lucky headshot
Arby and the chief is nothing like that. 12 episodes. an elite toy, named The Arbitor, joins master cheef (i say cheef because thats how he signs his name) it is NOTHING like mc sux @ halo
