mine doesnt pull my hair, but it does flatten it to my ear and screws w/ my hearing sometimes (unless i get my hair out from under it which i usually remember to) but me i have problems with my mic placement. i dont do it as much now. but like when i would play cod4 id spend like the first 5-10 mins of me playing on live that id betrying to get my mic out of the reach of my breathin.g because breathing into the mic really irritates people lol
