They are just files stored under games that were put in after the initial NXE. They are all something that you can use...ie Avatar editor, photo party (share with friends), etc

While these may not be "games," Microsoft is going to start treating them like they are. They will start showing up in played games which is why they needed to be added to the Game Library.
