I'm updating all the gamertags in the Xbox America database. Once I do that, you should be able to make new gamercards.
Edit: Actually, seconds after I posted this you were updated. Try making a new gamercard now and see if it works.

Okay, the problem has been resolved. It'll take a little while to update you again, because there's a lot of people to loop through. Once it does reach you, you should be able to put game icons on your cards.
