try playing campaign or restarting your 360, and go back to some online matches...you might have to fiddle with it to get the achievement unlocked.
Or...you MIGHT not have the 10,000 kills...does it let you keep track? I dont play gears online...I need to though, I need the achievies

It does track them, but Epic's system is flawed.
Keep killing til you get it. I know people with over 13,000 kills that just unlocked it.
The problem with the system is that the matches do not count if certain requirements are not met, thus making all the kills you get for the match null and void, but for some reason, it still tallies the kills on your stats. Sadly, there is no real way to know how many "qualified" kills you have!
I didn't get my Headshot achievement until I had about 150 headshots!
Hopefully this is adressed in the upcoming gears game. It's very frustrating! Sorry I can't help you more! Just keep at it!

yeah i have checked on the leaderboards but still no achivments i have over 10k on warzone and a about 100 on execution and 16 on Assasination have u guys gotten it?

I guess its kind of the same as Rainbow Six Vegas 2 than...you have to have 6 players in the room for kills to register for your weapon achievements
