Yeah, it was really stupid. I think the "played a multiplayer game on every game type" doesn't say it, but means a player match of every game type. As for the mutators, like Livewire said there is an extra one in each different game type. Maybe you missed one of those?

yeah, I believe that is what Rainbow Six Vegas had....the first game...me and repo tried doing it but once we figured out thats what it meant we said screw it, lol

I am pretty sure you can, but you may be better off trying for the weapon achievements in a multiplayer match; put bots on and make it private, that way they will count toward your 100 mathes achievments and the Get A Life achievement.

supposedly, you can not get the weapon award achievements in instant action mode, but correct me if i'm wrong-i found that playing capture the flag was a good game type to get the weapon ones; just keep racking up the kills close to their spawn and you can do multiple weapons in one match without worrying about kill limits.
