The 360 doesn't work that way. Without a hack to get around the security, you cannot load any of your own software onto it, including drivers and such. Try plugging it in, my guess is that the 360 will pretend like it's not even there, or say that there was a problem with a storage device.

As Hockey stated, that's not going to work. You need to get a headset that is for the XBox 360, either by Microsoft or a third party.
