The Two Worlds "Tainted Blood" Pack is now available for download from the Xbox Live Marketplace. For those of you still playing Two Worlds, this map pack will run you 600 Microsoft points and features four new multiplayer co-op levels, as well as new items, quests, and enemies.

I recall mixed reviews about this game when it came out; I've never actually played it myself. The pemise behind it sounds fun in theory, but seems like it could never really be implemented well.
