The glitch you are referring to is that you had cheats turned on while playing? That's the only glitch I know of, and it only affects the intel achievements.
This sounds to me like your are either trying to steal an account, or partake in some gamesave cheatery. Just beat the game on Veteran "again" (going on the assumption that you did already... which I don't believe.) Those missing achievements will unlock as long as you don't have cheats turned on.
