Alright, so The Last Remnant is so new, I haven't even heard all that much about it. A new RPG from Square/Enix cannot be bad, though. This may be something to ask for for Christmas and then tuck away until that inevitable dry-spell in late Spring/early Summer. Anyway, Square/Enix is already set to release some downloadable content next month. A total of four packs will be released, ranging in cost from free to a mere 100 Microsoft points. Packs include:


Challenge Pack 1: Purgatorys Sins
Price: Free
Release date: Gold Member: 1st December, 2008
Silver Member: 8th December, 2008
Level up your game with this pack of ultra-challenging guild tasks. Adequate game progression is necessary.

The Key of Ancient Ruins
Price: Free
Release date: Gold Member: 1st December, 2008
Silver Member: 8th December, 2008
Unlock the gates to the Ancient Ruins with this key, and discover what mysteries lie within its crumbling depths.

March to War Set
Price: 100 MSP
Release date: Gold Member: 15th December, 2008

Challenge Pack 2: The Price of Lies

Looks like some nice stuff; it seems that Square kept the prices down so as to not upset the masses by releasing downloadable content so close to the title's initial release. This may be a new one to add to your Christmas list.
