Rock Band/Rock Band 2 love.

Okay so I love this game. I've spent a ton of cash on DLC probably too much when I think about it. I usually play it daily. Any other Rock Band freaks on xba? If so, what is the most wanted piece of DLC.

Mine would be a very distinct album release. The album is called 666: The Book of Revelations Chapters 13-18 by Saint John the Divine. I think that also could be the longest title in history. It was produced by Vangelis, the same guy who did the theme from "Chariots of Fire" for anyone who remembers that money (damn, I'm old).

I also want more KISS too, that would be cool.

im not to big on rock band but i love guitar hero. i would love some more HEAVY DLC. i want some angry music and i also wish they could make a game with a higher ESRB score so it could be unedited. still need to try RB2 as well

I'm actually the opposite. I had Guitar Hero 2 and it was pretty cool, then I got Guitar Hero: World Tour and traded it back the very next day. I don't like the interface of it all as opposed to rock band. Though I must admit I prefer my Guitar Hero 2 Explorer Guitar over the Rock Band Fender. I traded the RB guitar the same day... that is how much I didn't like it.

Yeah the Rock Band guitar sucks

The GH3 Les Paul is the best guitar hero controller

i like the world tour guitar the best. the other guitars feel so small to me and the RB ones feel clunky

I was a RB fanatic for a while, then I couldn't buy anymore DLC, and I need a better set of drums. I'm getting the courage to try the Endless Setlist 2 here eventually (solo play).

After playing the Guitar Hero Les Paul and the newer Fender from Rock Band 2, I'm siding with the Fender, it feels lighter and I can slide my hand up and down the buttons easier, (even though I only play on Medium...I'm working on Hard.)

Any more hair metal DLC would be a blast......

I started with GH2 on my old PS2 and proceeded to buy every title for it till I traded in all my PS2 shit when I got my 360. I made a choice then, one or the other, and I went with RB and couldn't be happier. I love my RB2 wireless fender, I don't know why everyone hates em. I've grown to dislike the GH franchise immensely. I know I've mentioned that about every chance I've had in these forums, but I like everything about RB more. I can't speak to the drums cause I only play guitar/bass.

I for one don't play these games to get a perfect/high score. I play for my love of rock. Obiviously I still try to play each song well but I can't stand to play GH for more than maybe a half hour because I've grown to like the RB charts so much more. I'll admit one reason I like RB more is cause it definitely seems easier. I can play expert at a steady clip on RB and GH just seems out to get me. I can't stand having to play a track over and over again just to fail out around 90%. Say what you want but I don't care. I get much more fulfillment out of playing RB, GH just oozes frustration.

If I had to pick a single reason why, it would be DLC plain and simple. RB is by far and away superior. The contrast is immense. I've grown to include all the tracks from RB1 with my DLC because I don't have that disc anymore and I deleted a few (freezepop made me homicidal). I found a great site for keeping track of all the DL's I have and finding others with as many as I have, http://dlcquickplay.com/ With RB1 and the live AC/DC I have a total of 362 and counting. Send me a pm or invite if you start a profile.

My wishlist is long so I'll just throw out a few artists we've yet to see: Above all I'd love some Black Keys, Thickfreakness > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3X_lOZI9KWI is my favorite track of theirs and tells you all you need to know about their style. The Raconteurs, Wilco and Cake are few others. Classic rock has always been my favorite. The likes of Cream, Traffic, Blind Faith and I'd drop a deuce over a Wish You Were Here full album. I also hope they give us some more Phish, that's the only reason I still have my GHWT disc. If you haven't yet, download Wilson, it's a really fun track, in the bonnaroo pack.

I hear ya though, my brother was the same way when he started out. I started out on medium and worked my way up to expert. It definitely gets easier the more you play.

I started with Rock Band and a Guitar Hero Explorer, then I picked up Rock Band 2, then a drum set, second guitar controller (I think the Les Paul that came with Guitar 3 that is dead now) and then I rounded it out with a 30.00 mic.

Yeah I have a ton of DLC and I'm on DLCQP with a pretty recent updated list. Anyone feel free to add me with a FR if you have Rock Band, Rock Band 2 or a ton of DLC, I'm always done to play.

I think I started on Medium too, now I play mainly Expert on Guitar (depending on the song) or Bass, though I play drums on easy, I can sing most stuff on Medium now. But those drums kick my backside.

I'm really good at drums and guitar, I can play every song on guitar on expert and just about every song on expert on drums ( damn you panic attack ) So you guys can hit me up with a friend request if you want to play
