I'm unsure about the multiplayer, but the single player looks good enough to justify buying it asap to me.

just got GoW and a new TV so I will not have money for a year or so 
But I do want this game!

alright well single player is hard as crap on normal, not realistic.. took me forever to beat the first level.. great graphics and great multiplayer so far.. i havent delved that deep into it yet

I have it, put it in the 360, saw the title screen and forgot I had to go somewhere! Hopefully will be able to sit down with it tonight.
I did notice that one of the achievements is to use your 360 vision camera to put your face in the game. I wonder how many vision cameras will be sold as those that live on the GS will have to get that achievement!

I think the game is a pain in the ass. Way to many lag problems. and i think the hosts have to much control over the game. Shouldnt be able to kick you in Ranked. I like the story mode but the online pisses me off alot.

I just rented this and I haven't really gotten to play it too much. I didn't try out the multiplayer, but I did make a character for it, which I thought was pretty cool. You don't really see too many games like Rainbow Six have a character creation. I started to play the first level, and it is pretty hard. I feel the same as you guys, I would have picked it up if I didn't just buy GoW and F.E.A.R. I'll probably get it for Christmas though, so I'm not worried.
