Question about getting it fixed

Ok my xbox 360 is slighty scratching my disks, so when I send it back in do i get a free game?Becuase I think I read somewhere you do, and if you do what are the choices?

if they gave u a game it would be pgr3, kameo or pdz cause they only have the right to give away those games
