Question about GH Tunes and my Hard drive

Question about GH Tunes and my HDD?
Ok so I tried uploading a song to GH Tunes to get that easy 5g achievement. But then a message popped up and said something about my console settings prohibiting me from uploading personal info, or something like that. So has that happened to u, and how do I change it. P.S. I don't have any family settings.
Also, I'd like to know: If I delete games from my HDD to create more room, will the achievements get deleted w/ it?

the only games you can delete from your hard drive are ones w/ 0 gamerscore on them.....so no, those wont affect your GS
