There are now profile shoutboxes in all users profiles. You may disable your shoutbox in the usercp preferences. The max character count for a shout is 255. Smilies will be shown, but bbcode, html, and images won't be. Have fun.

Yea, that was my bad. I put in an extra security tweak and messed up a bit. It's fixed now.
