Problem with Achieve Points on my Little Ones 360 Account.

Well, I logged into my soon to be step-sons Live account this morning and was looking through his stuff (yeah I suck) and noticed a game that was on his dashboard that we do not own, and have not rented for him.

The game was DAH: Path of the Furon. When I look up when he played it on xbox.com it just says NEVER, and the Achievement he now has on it, just says UNLOCKED.

How can this occur?

he is only 7 so i know what games go in and out of his box at ALL times. this game was not one of them.
