I need to know what to do... i lost my logon and password for xbox live.
is there any way to create a new account? or maybe call xbl?
this really sucks cuz i cant login to live.xbox.com :((

I'm sure they could,but i forgot all that info..
At the time when I first got my xbox and created the live account i didnt think once i created it, i would need to remember it.. lol i was wrong.

If you don't even know the email address, you're better off calling 1-800-4my-xbox and having a helpful outsource help you out.

*EDIT* as a warning, you're probably going to have to make a new gamertag and start all over. There are a lot of people who call XBL support claiming they forgot all their info and need to get it over the phone, then using that info to hack other people's account. Unless you set up a secret question when you first made it all, they're probably going to tell you "too bad, so sad, write it down next time." because they're getting hit with the shitstorm if they give out account info to someone who recovers the account on their 360 and makes huge points purchases.
