Archived: Need help...again!

I posted about this in someone's "Vampirism Cure" thread, but I want to make sure yall see it.

I recently got blessed with the honor of being a Vampire. Sucks! I hate it!

Anyways, I found out I need to go to the Mages Guild in Arcane University for the cure. I did this, and I got shut down. It turns out that I killed a member of the Mages Guild and go supended. So, in order to get back I need to find 20 vampire hearts, and something else (the heart of the Darth Maul looking dude that throws fire at you). I saw some in some caves, but it would take forever to get 20 of each. So...does anyone know where to find an easier cure, or where to find the stuff?

dadrea hearts.. well if you go back to main questline you run into plenty of them and pick those up fast... otherwise talk to the count in skingrad who is a vampire and he should have something to say about vampires (maybe).. try and see what happens, otherwise i dont know

How exactly can I recall the 'Main Questline'. I beat the Battle for Kvatch. I looked in quests and didnt see anything that looks like part of it.
