Just a quick question. I have all the achievements in the game except the gold bird achievement. what the hell. how can I have all the others but not that one. if anyone can explain it would help alot.

Hey man, I'm having the same problem. I unlocked silver on all chapters but not the gold bird achievement. I heard a rumor that if you go through the first level again and find all the metal pieces and birds that the achievement drops at that point.
I'll be trying this tactic for the achievement this weekend, so if you don't post back I'll tell you if it worked for me.

No, that find all birds and metal pieces in first chapter thing didn't work

the hell with that. I have heard so many complaints about the same problem we had......Some people beat the game 4 or 5 times and still nothin. I beat it twice and nothin happened. I wont bother playing it again cause we both know that we got the achievement anyways. Come on its obvious we have it because we have every other bird achievement.

Yeah, beating it twice would pretty much kill it for me as well.
However I had a partially simular problem before, only flip flopped.
In Marvel Ultimate Alliance I had found all the Daredevil figures, unlocked the achievement but..Daredevil never showed up in my roster.
I had to find all the figures again when I was playing through on hard mode before he finally completely unlocked. Before playing through the second time I called Activision to report the glich. The company pretty much told me I didnt correctly unlock him despite finding all the figures and getting the achievement and that I was wasting their time.
So, I think going to Sega and asking them to fix the problem would be a waste of time. I know that possibility was never mentioned. But it sure in hell crossed my mind.
