I'm not sure how it happens, but i do believe the #1 in La. is obviously not legit and should be reset.

I don't follow. How is he not legit? He is most definitely from Louisiana. The location tied with his Xbox Live Account is "Greenwell Springs, LA." If your talking about his gamerscore, a high gamerscore never indicates cheating. What's the purpose of legitimately striving for a high gamerscore if people will be assumed to be cheaters because of the height of their gamerscore?

In any scenario, Xbox America does not remove gamers from the leaderboard based on speculation – or evidence for that matter. We can never undoubtedly prove a gamer's guilt ourselves, so we leave that up to Microsoft. If Microsoft chooses to reset his gamerscore, he will be automatically updated based on his new gamerscore. Until then, there's nothing any of us can do about it.
