Anyone know the story behind the Leaderboard not updating for quite a while now? It's been almost a week if my guess-timation skills are accurate...

Honestly, I don't know what is going on. I'm running the update script right now. I'll see what happens. Nothing has been changed in the script, but maybe a subtle change in the feed has caused the problem. If need be, I have an alternate database that is updating 1-2 times a day. I can try to incorporate that. I'll get back to you.

Okay, I've think I might have figured out what's going. It looks like Xbox America's host has put some time limits on how long a script can execute. Normally the update script takes an hour and a half to update everyone on the leaderboard. From now on, I'm just going to run it in short bursts, updateing 500 or so users at a time. This should fix the problem.
The 500 most stale gamertags have been updated already, and I'll work on getting the rest of the database updated.
