well i got it after 2 hours of trying if any one else is havin problems here it is get out of hole grab mp5 on a body to the left of u then get on van to right of u shoot driver when he goes down and turns around shoot driver again wa la achievement unlocked

also if you do not talk to jenny right away and go around to the vans you can pick up more ammo, i found this useful and was able to stop the truck on the first pass this way
