Anyone else notice in Call of Duty 4 that when you're stunned, you literally see stars? It looks as if one of the hubble telescope's deep field images is over laid onto the screen and slowly becomes transparent. It could be that I'm just delusional. Either way, I think it's awesome. Anyone else notice this?

ive noticedd and come to the conclusion that its their way of showing texture coming back i think that the stars your talking about are "pebbles" and other small textured objects
