I've created a new section in the User CP that provides a referral url. You can post the url anywhere on the internet and you'll get the credit when someone signs up through the url.

When you reach five referrals, you'll be given the Master Marketer award:
Additionally, Gamercard Image codes now by default have a version of your referral url embedded within them so you'll get credit for anyone who clicks on your gamercard and then signs up. If you already have your gamercard posted somewhere you'll have to replace the old code with the new one for the referral url to be there.
Also, if you were originally referred to Xbox America by someone, you can specify by whom in the profile section of the User CP. You can only save who referred you once, so make sure you get it right.
