I had problems with the shitty headset that came with my system. I couldn't get it to work with guitar controllers so I sprung for one of the wireless headsets. They're nice cause you can assign it to any of the four controller slots.

hell yea the x4 is the shit but there is still a possibility of ur mic to stop workin bc u still have to plug it into ur controller for the mic to work. hence the problem the first post was about. as for the problem i would resinc ur controllers and give it a shot.

i can almost guarantee u he will say trittion but they r more money not wired and everywhere i researched gave them shit reviews. on newegg over 50% of the reviews were 2 star or lower while turtle beach was over 50% 4 star and over. i was going to buy a trittion myself until i read that. and i couldnt be happier with my x4. sounds great and im not tethered to my tv.
