I know where the one in Citadel is and can fly up there in forge mode, but how the heck do I grab it? I saw the ign video with Chobot, but still no luck grabbing it. Any tips? Thanks

Got it! Thanks SeanTM22 and BigZuDaddy..worked great! On longshore just go around to the right (I believe) and switch to forge mode..fly over to the air vents and grab it. I ended up standing on the vent if I remember right

the one on citadel was kind of a pain to grab for me, i seriously tried for about 15 minutes. sad, i know lol.

just goto bungie.net type Sandbox or Citadel Skull into the Searchbar scroll the drop down to Files and then download one that seems right...
load it up and play it in forge shouldn't be that hard to get
