Alright so I got the vidmaster achievement where you have to beat the last level on legendary 4 player co-op and saw the secret ending. I got to say I was kind of disappointed with it. All it reveals is that truth is supervising the dig site and then showing parts of the portal that we see in halo 3. Its basically showing us what we already know. What do you guys think?

i thought the sgt. johnson part was hilarious. but it is hard for them not to show what we kno when it takes place before halo 3. but i enjoyed it.

well it doesnt have to take place before halo 3 and the legendary ending is more like a bonus, so it could be anything as it doesnt follow canon, i.e. the ending in halo 1. I would have liked something revolving around the master chief as he was never even mentioned in the game. Maybe a continuation on halo 3's legendary ending but no...

yea that would have been nice. but i think they wanted to stay in the same time frame. but i am surprised chief didnt even have a cameo in the entire game. they could have added him in the bonus ending.
