Ok, so today I finished every mission in cod4 on veteran and the only other achievements I need are the two intels achievements, but since I fucked up and used clusterbombs, I have 19 out of 30 intels with no achievements for intels yet... I've deleted all my saved games even the maps and still it comes up with all the saved data that I've had before... Am I screwed forever because I had cheats on one time? If so, why would infinity ward make the game that stupid? I can't complete it just because I've had a cheat on once??? Help please.. All saved game data is gone and it still says I have 19-30 with no achievements yet...

I believe you have to delete all save data and clear your cache.

Alot of games actually have it to where achievements are disabled if cheats are used. It's something that I always look at when I am going to play a waffle or any other game. I use www.xbox360achievements.org for their roadmaps/walkthroughs.
My only advice if the cache didn't work is to search multiple sites for any info.
Try the one above, Gamefaqs.com, and more. It might be locked forever now, you never know.

What you are describing is really odd. Like the game status is held on the multiplayer servers or something. If you have purged your xbox of all game save data through the dashboard and cleared you cache, try unplugging the wired or wireless internet connection before turning on your xbox and play the game offline.

I played the hell outta this game then traded this disc in after it sat on my shelf unplayed for almost 2 months. When I grew tired of WAW I went out and picked up a used copy of 4 and was expecting to have to start all over from scratch cause I deleted my save files when I got my new HD but all my multiplayer stats and unlocks were there. Long story short: I think that's why.
