I don't know if you've seen the latest Bungie update, but in it, they announce that Grifball is being added as an official Halo 3 gametype this weekend.

Thought this was great information for anyone who is wanting to start a team in the Grifball league. If anyone is interested in starting a team hit me up.

Hey if it is worth double XP its good enough for me! And i hit my 900 XP today in about 15 minutes!!! (was at 869(need 1000 for brigadier grade 2)

The game is absolutely stupid fun. I played it for about three hours tonight after a session of MLB 2K8. Amazing how quickly the time went by.

Grifball is a sport kina like basketball

only no dribbling and you kill people with hammers...

Two teams of four play an assault base gameplay in a courtsize room on foundry... you get a sword and a hammer and respawns are very quick...

The carrier of the ball turns from (red or Blue) to orange or "Griff" From RedvsBlue series

First team to place the ball score a point for there team...
First team to I believe four wins...

Simple and fun, most games will come out with I believe around 300 team kills on average...

yes u need the DLC!
But on the weekend of the 21st their well be another one and it well be team swat worth double!!!

Honestly, I would compare this game to rugby or doing a kick return in football. It's all about finding a gap or a lane and cutting as fast as you can.

The game is damned fun to play.

That is right! Everyone tries to wait for the perfect moment but that never comes! I get it and in 10 seconds their is a small small opening i am going to take it. I have punched three guys that each had a sword and still planted the bomb!

ok, well do u need the new maps to play it?
cus if u do i knw im not playing grifball since im not buying them
