i picked this achievement up today randomly brushing up my driving skills.. someone good was in the room and i was broadcast on Gotham TV.. just thought it was cool because i didnt think i'd ever get this achievement

do you have to watch the whole race to get this achievment or can I just watch 3 seconts of a race then go to the next?

no, the one being featured on gotham tv.. for the one your talking about, i just watched from the point they were in the race and got the achievement.. i would just watch t.v. and periodically check back to see if the race was over
