A few things seem to have been confirmed about the future of the Fable universe, One intentionally, and one... not so much!
First of all, the Fable 2 developer team released some interesting numbers on their page. First and foremost is the up to date sales numbers. 2.6 million copies sold!
They also released some interesting "by the achievement" numbers! "The Whippersnapper" is the most attained achievement at 2.8 million gamers with this achievement unlocked! (more than the sold units! lol) It seems as though "The Dollcatcher" was the least "caught" achievement with just over 61,000 achievers.
The exciting part of the dev blog was the confirmation of additional DLC for Fable 2! In my own personal speculation, since the confirmation of DLC was included in an achievement based discussion, I think that the DLC will add new achievements to the game. This is just a guess by yours truly, as it hasn't been confirmed, but there are still 150 points available!

On another Fable front, it seems as though someone to do with Team Fable has inadvertently confirmed that Fable 3 is in the works!!
Intentional information leak, or dunderheaded faux pas?? Do with it what you will, but I am VERY excited!
