Amen to that; I've never bought any of these special editions. That was the crap they pulled last gen to see if gamers would pay more than $50 retail price. Most of these special editions (Not GTA in Particular) now come with a lame metal case that fucks up your disc and doesn't fit in with the rest of your games.

I pre-ordered my specail edition GTA4 from the local gamespot. Got mine for the midninght release and they threw in the Liberty City Liscense plate...Whatever though, I just wanted the bag and keychain :) HaHa
