TimeShift fans rejoice; a free multiplayer map pack recently released may breathe new life into the game. Available now for free, the Futures-Past multiplayer map pack for TimeShift features five brand new multiplayer maps. All of the maps support the One-on-One, Deathmatch, and Team Deathmatch gametypes. For TimeShift's new multiplayer mode, King of Time, are supported on the new maps Akasen Blues, SmokeStack Lightning, and Jump, Jive an' Wail, while the map Dust My Broom supports Meltdown Madness. Two of the new maps also support Capture the Flag, if that is your thing: Dust My Broom and Beware, Brother, Beware! TimeShift looked like a really awesome game that got lost in the shuffle at it's release; these new map packs may warrant a second look at it.
