How the hell are these people able to play these games before there release date...I mean I'm looking at these people who have already been playing the new 50 cent game and it isn't due to come out for another week or two...It's no big deal, but I am quite curious

yeah people that work at gamestop sometimes take games home that arent supposed to be out yet but if they get caught doing it I guess they get in a ton of trouble.

Yea, there used to be a sweet CD store in my town back in the day, and if you pre-ordered a CD or video game, you were guaranteed to get it like at least a week early, sometimes as early as 3 weeks. Whenever they got it in they just called you to pick it up.

I don't know about wal-mart but k-mart has accidently put out games and dvds before their release date but if you go to purchase it it tells you "RELEASE DATE HAS NOT BEEN MET" or something to that sort so you can't even override it or purchase it, I assumed these stores would do the same..

actaully any compony employes are subject to hug hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines they sign a contract not to realese those games before they are street dated so people can get in trouble for it at least money wise i know because i used to run a game stoe in desmoines so there are legal stuff being broke when they do that
