EA skate./Skate 2

I know not a lot of people like this style gameplay, but it's actually not bad. If you've played these games, tell why and what you liked about them, and if you don't like these games, tell why you didn't play them.

I like that skate games ( I own both ) but I can't get that damn flick system down, I had to get a friend to beat it for me haha

Haha, I had the same problem. Once you learn it though it's very rewarding.

I thought the graphics were so much better than the tony hawk series. That might have been what got me into the first skate.

i've skated off and on for the past 10 years and i loved everything about the game. tony hawk was great but got so unrealistic. the flickit system is easy to pick up and so rewarding. you can spend 5 minutes trying to pull an exact trick off (ie. 360 flip to bs lipside on a rail, etc) and feel really rewarded once you actually accomplish it.
also it's great to be able to spend time planning a line and then once you finally pull it off to be able to edit it to look like a real skate video.
that's my 2 cents.
